• Taking Back Permission: If you change your mind, you can tell the Company in writing. After you tell them, they will stop using your content within 72 hours.

Creator Society is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our website. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AND NON-COMPETE

• Non-Compete: You agree not to share or use any of the Company’s private information to compete with the Company.

• Non-Solicitation: You won’t try to hire or take any of the Company’s employees, contractors, or customers for two years after this agreement ends.

INDEMNITY

• No Suing the Company: You agree not to sue the Company if anything goes wrong with your business because of our help or advice. The Company won’t be responsible if your business is damaged in any way.

• Indemnity: You agree to protect the Company from any claims, lawsuits, or damages that happen because of the services the Company provides to you.

• Disclaimer: The Company won’t be responsible for any special damages like lost profits or business opportunities.

If you are a business like an LLC or Corporation, the person signing an agreement with company agrees to personally pay all fees and costs owed to the Company.

COMPANY’S RIGHT TO DAMAGES

If you break any rules while being in agreement with company, the Company can take legal action. The Company can ask for money to cover damages, court costs, and attorney fees.

Termination

Either you or the Company can end this agreement at any time. To do this, the person needs to send an email saying they want to end it.
